Can't view anything that the school posts anymore as all menus that allowed access to newsletters, notes etc have disappeared. Also receiving constant error messages and app closes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has helped - PLEASE FIX THESE PROBLEMS!!

This was due to a configuration issue on your individual school account by a school staff member. Is this fixed now? Please update to the latest version of the app. This isn't the best place to get support because it's hard to assist you with your Galaxy S3 running Android 4.30. Please contact support@schoolenews.com

App no longer works. Receive notifications but unable to navigate within the App, so the App is pretty much useless. As per advice from developer it does work turning device to landscape. How are users meant to know that? Are tgey going to fix issue. Shame you cant give a rating of less than one.

If you're using a phone, please update to the latest version. If you're using a tablet, try turning your device from portrait to landscape or slide in with your finger from the left when in portrait. Or please contact support@schoolenews.com so we can assist you.

This app is useless. Seems to work on Apple devices, but frequently is unable to download information in the app, even when the app notifies you of new posts!

Hi. What are you seeing on your device when you say "useless"? Please contact us at parentsupport@schoolenews.com so we can help you. If you use a VPN, please make sure this isn't causing the issue on your device. A key icon will appear top right.
